"Make Something of Yourselves," the world says

“Everyone wants more freedom to live and work on their own terms.”—Jonathan Mead

“Make something of yourselves,” the world says.

It isn’t that our parents and teachers wanted to ingrain the “I’m not good enough” syndrome into us.

We feel it on a soul level.

Those good people were following a template: “Get high grades in high school so you can get into a good college.” “Graduate from a prestigious University.”“Get a job—make something of yourself.”

The trouble is that 80% of people are unsatisfied with their jobs.

When #Jonathan Mead, (#Paid to Exist) left his job to do his own work, to live the life he wanted, to feel free, he came home to find a new clock on his desk. A note attached said, "It used to be that when people retired they were given a clock or a watch. They were giving the retiree his time back."

I want to do that for you.

It is normal to ask, “What is it I want?’ We have been disillusioned into thinking we can’t have what we want.

We have closed ownership to our own hearts.

What did you want to do when you were six years old? Twelve? Sixteen?

Have you been told that what you want to do isn’t possible?

Let’s discover together what Living Wild really means.

Remember what good ole Zig Zigler said. “You can get anything you want by helping others get what they want.”

Let’s discover together what Living Wild really means.
